IZON Testimonials
" I wish we had an Izon on every Irrigation System!" "The Izon did just what it was supposed to do." Eric Towery, Towery Farms - Sikeston, Missouri
I purchased 18 Izon units this past year for my farming operation. These units are incredible. They saved me time and money. " I would definetely do it again" I plan on adding some more units this next season with fuel sensors. Jeff Finch - Black Oak, Arkansas
"The Izon did an excellent job for me this season!" It saved me a lot of money to cut all the unnecessary trips to check the center pivot to see if it was running. The pivot is several miles from my headquarters."Dick Hanor - Charleston, Missouri
We have a relift pump that is the heart of our operation. The bayou level that feeds this pump fluctuates rapidly. Before the placement of the Izon unit we would lose a lot of valuable pumping time due to the fact that we never knew what the water level was going to be. With the Izon unit it allows for longer pumping time without the fear of the pump running dry and burning up the pump. The Izon unit will shut off the unit the minute it loses water and notifies me immediately. The Fuel Gard saves me time and money by letting me know when its time to refill my tanks. Bob Bevis - Lonoke, Arkansas
We purchased 8 Izon units for our farming operation. These units payed for themselves in a matter of a few days. Everytime we thought we had our motor repaired and got out of site the motor would go off. After the Izon unit alerted us 3 or 4 times we finally solved the problem and kept the pivot from being off all day. The ability to remotely turn off the units was great! Nathan Reed - Marianna, Arkansas
We have two large pivots that are a total of 70 miles round trip from our shop. Previously we made the trip twice a day and with the Izon we only went once a day. The system worked well saving us a lot of time and notifed us by text messsage when we had problems saving us a lot of time Wes Heritage - Forrest City, Arkansas
I bought two Izon units for 2006. I put one on a pump that kept shutting off. It watered 2 corn fields that took 6 days to make a complete irrigation. I could not afford to come back and find it not running. The IZON unit reassured me that the motor was running. When it quit, I knew it instantly and got it running again. The other unit was put on a well and used in conjunction with an infield unit in a rice field. These two helped me lose much less water to over pumping. Also, the ability to turn a well off from my computer saved me a couple of trips to the field late at night when a big storm developed and I felt the need to turn the well off. I think everyone that has a pump needs one of the IZON units and I was highly satisfied with the pumpgard and infield unit that I used in 2006. Jeremy Wiedeman - Corning, Arkansas
Our Izon units are going to be a quick payback. I will know our pivots are operating without driving to each one. I will also be able to shut down all my pivots from my computer. We did this last year during a heavy thunderstorm. Not only did it save time and money, it was also safer. I plan to add more Izon units in 2007. Jimmy Moody - Dyersburg, Tennessee
The izon units have saved me time and money running to check on my pivots. When there was a problem the Izon unit notified me immediately. I was able to fix the problem and start irrigating preventing down time. Larry Dunerson - Black Oak, Arkansas
I used the Izon system to monitor unexpected pumping station shut downs at three locations in Central Washington State on a irrigated grain and potato operation. There was not a single failure of the Izon System to notify me when the pumping stations shut down. The need to monitor the stations physically was reduced by 75% freeing up employees to take care of other duties on the farm. Our pumping stations will shut down with any mechanical or electrical failure and may do so minutes after you leave, leaving our crops without water until another physical check is made. The peace of mind alone justifies the system. Clark Kagle - Odessa, Washington
The Izon is great!" It saved me a lot of time checking to make sure the pumps were running. I am going to purchase more units for my operation. Blake Gerard - Cape Girardeau, Missouri
"There is no end to what the Izon product will do for you!" This system shut down our power unit when a drive shaft broke. These units let us know when there were problems with our wells in the field. We had one power unit out in the middle of a large rice field which was difficult to get to so the Izon unit was extremely helpful in keeping this unit operating. In my opinion this is one of the finest things that has ever come out! This is money well spent. This product will make you money. Victor Hinze - West Memphis, Arkansas
I am an independent Almond farmer in California, We like the Izon system because it is very simple and is inexpensive to operate. This product is an extra level of security for water line freezes. If a deep freeze occurs it can cause up to one million dollars in damages to our crops in one night. John Schuller - Willows, California
I like the Izon system because it allows you the capability to remotely turn off the unit from the computer at the house when a rain storm comes up without having to leave the house. The system also allows for better time management in my farming operation and it lets me know immediately when we have problems. Steve Baugher - Manila, Arkansas
"The Pump Gard is just like having a person looking at the pump" These units are critical to keeping us informed on how our operation is running. Many times this past farming season the units have notifed us of problems at the pump. The Izon units save us time, money and give us a peace of mind knowing things are working properly. One example of how the Izon system works was one night this past summer at 1 AM, I received a notifaction of a problem on a large relift pump that comes out of a creek. This unit pumps about 4,000 gallons of water a minute and is critical to my rice farming operation. I was concerned about this pump and got up in the middle of the night and drove 15 miles to this site. When I got there the water in the creek was below the intake pipe. The Izon unit had turned my pump off ! Otherwise, the power unit would have run dry all night and potentially burnt up the bushing and bearings on the relift unit. This single incident saved me approximately $3000.00. Stan Jones - Walnut Ridge, Arkansas
