Frequently Ask Questions (FAQ) for customer log in site of web page

1) FAQ: pull down menu tabs are not working.

Solution: go to the Internet Explorer tool bar and go to the following:

Tools>Internet Options> Privacy "Tab" >Advance

Make sure the following fields are checked:

Override automatic cookie handling

First Party cookie          Third Party cookie

Always show seession cookies

Then click ok, close out program and back to customer log in site

2) FAQ: Tool bars not showing up on customer log in page

Solution: You need to have Java script loaded on computer

" Go to Required browser Upgrades" on customer log in site > Load Java 2 runtime Environment

3) FAQ: web page is not showiing that changes are being updated unless you get in and out of program

Solution: once you log on to the customer logi n site on the Izon website go to

On the Internet Explorer tool bar go to >Tools > "General" tab > "settings" tab > Check for newer versions of stored pages (Check " every visit to this page)
